I asked for something off the menu so they inquired and the chef was happy to accommodate us, but then when they explained their business lunch formula we decided to take that. It. Included a glass of wine and water which we drank out of lovely porcelaine cups which kept the water cool. They were obviously proud to show off local ingredients. There was a little « amuse bouche » that wasn’t marked on the menu served with a while basket of fresh bread rolls and home made taralli. The starter was octopus followed by fresh strascinati with courgette flowers etc. As dessert we had a delicious cake with pistachios and fresh fruit accompanied by a plate of the local grapes served on ice. The restaurant was not crowded and had a tastefully discrete, calm vibe. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. It was the prefect last meal of our holiday in Italy. We came out feeling more than satisfied and there were no nasty surprises in the bill. It was more than good value for money. I can only recommend it, the staff and the food. A wonderful find. I came with my husband for lunch on Friday the 19th. September. ”
